As if building the house wasn’t enough, Artifex partnered with the client in choosing the esthetic look of the house. We helped in selecting everything including hand scraped white oak wood flooring, Energy Star appliances, porcelain travertine white floor tile from Italy for the kitchen floor, countertop, and plumbing fixtures. We offered several options for closet design, stair well design, and even helped in choosing the exterior brick color, windows, gutters, and roof. In effect, we lent our expertise in home design while partnering with the client to chose what suited their taste.
